All of our condos are in Breckenridge, Colorado. Many are ski-in/ski-out at Beaver Run Resort on Peak 9 — the closest base to historic Main Street. Each listing shows its exact location, so you can pick the spot that fits your trip.

We have everything from cozy studios to 2-bedroom condos, sleeping a range of group sizes. Browse our properties or message us with your dates and group size and we'll help you find the perfect fit.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on the day — just ask and we'll do our best.

We'll send clear check-in instructions for your specific condo before you arrive, so you'll know exactly where to go. For our units at Beaver Run, you'll pick up your keys and parking tag at the front desk, which is open 24 hours — so late arrivals are no problem.

Yes. Parking details depend on your specific condo — for our Beaver Run units, parking is managed by the resort and paid directly to them, and the front desk gets you set up at check-in. We'll include the details with your arrival instructions.

Every condo has a full kitchen or a kitchenette, and either way it comes stocked with cookware, dishes, and the essentials you need to cook and dine in. Your listing notes exactly what your unit includes.

Fresh linens and towels, starter toiletries, fast Wi-Fi, and smart TVs come standard, so you can settle right in. Your Wi-Fi login is provided in your unit and with your check-in details.

If you're staying at Beaver Run Resort, you'll have access to the heated pools and hot tubs, fitness center, and ski-in/ski-out access in season, plus on-site restaurants, a market, a spa, and ski & snowboard rentals at the base. Amenities vary by property, so check your listing for what's included.

If your condo has a wood-burning fireplace, firewood and fire starter are free — we'll let you know how to request it when you check in.

Usually not. Breckenridge's free town shuttle and gondola connect the base areas to Main Street, and many of our condos are within walking distance of downtown. Our Beaver Run guests also have the free resort shuttle( track it live here).

Many of our condos are dog-friendly — well-behaved dogs are welcome for an $80 pet fee(a second dog is an additional $80). Just let us know you're bringing a pup when you book so we can place you in a dog-friendly unit.
